AP Top 10 Ranking – December 17

  1. Tennessee (SEC) 9-0 -No Change
  2. Connecticut (Big East) 7-0 – No Change
  3. North Carolina (ACC) 10-1 – No Change
  4. Maryland (ACC) 13-1 – No Change
  5. Stanford (Pac 10) 8-1 – No Change
  6. Rutgers (Big East) 8-2 – No Change
  7. Georgia (SEC) 9-0 – No Change
  8. LSU (SEC) 7-2 – No Change
  9. Oklahoma (Big 12) 7-2 – No Change
  10. Texas A&M (Big 12)9-1 – Up from Number 12

Baylor after their lost to Stanford dropped one notch to number 11.  None of the teams that were in the Top 25 last week dropped out.  Texas A&M moving up two spots had the biggest gain.  Arizona State dropping from 18 to 22 had the biggest drop.

Because of  exams, many schools did not even play this week.
